I sincerely congratulate you on this wonderful holiday – the Day of Knowledge and the beginning of a new academic year!

Having chosen a profession in medicine, you have decided to devote your life to salvation of people’s lives. This mission is very challenging and responsible, you will have to direct all your efforts, knowledge and compassion to it.

Today, when healthcare and strengthening of population’s health are top priorities for the state policy and medical and pharmaceutical sciences allow to resolve urgent medical and social issues, requirements to higher and secondary education of medical and pharmaceutical specialists are constantly rising. 

I am strongly convinced that effective state policy in combination with rich traditions of Russian medicine and your great knowledge, high-level responsibility and integrity will allow to timely and effectively complete future tasks in healthcare, which will multiply the achievements of Russian medicine and reinforce its pillars.
