The Center for International Development and Partnership is working on developing the University's international activities, strengthening its reputation in the international scientific and educational communities, increasing the University brand awareness on the international arena, as well as creating a favorable English-speaking environment at the university. TheCenterwasestablishedatSibMedin 2019 by the Academic Council Decision.

- Providing information and documentation support for international grant activities
- Developing proposals and coordinating the University structural units in concluding international treaties (agreements), coordinating the implementation of international cooperation programs, agreements (agreements) in scientific field
- Developing strategies for involving staff in international scientific cooperation
- Establishing a comprehensive system of international academic mobility for students, scientists, and teachers

- Helping to find suitable journals for publication
- Analysing the University’s publication activity using the latest scientometric tools and developing recommendations
