The scientific work of a SibMed post-graduate student was considered one of the best at the international conference in Belarus

Maksim Chukreev, a postgraduate student of the SibMed Healthcare and Public Health Management Division, presented his scientific work in the section "Public health and healthcare, hygiene and epidemiology" at the international conference "Student medical science of the XXI century". The conference was held in Vitebsk, where the work by Maksim Chukreev was awarded a III degree diploma.

The work itself was devoted to the topic "Organization of a health-preserving environment for medical students through an integrated model of a healthy lifestyle." Dmitry Kalinkin, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Professor of the General and Pediatric Urology-Andrology Division, acted as an academic supervisor.

On October 27– 28, Vitebsk hosted the International Conference "Student Medical Science of the XXI Century" and the VI Forum of Youth Scientific Societies. The Students' Scientific Society and the Council of Young Scientists of VSMU organized the conference, which brought together medical students from different cities of Belarus, Russia and other countries.

11 sections held online sessions on topical issues of medical and pharmaceutical sciences. The participants in each section gave presentations of their work. The authors of the best works were chosen by online votes and were awarded diplomas.
