SibMed introduces new surgery course on MedClass

SibMed invites students in grades 8–11 to enroll in the free online course "Surgery in its many forms" offered on the educational platform called MedClass. The course unveils a fresh approach to the surgical profession and provides fascinating insights into the world of medical science.  

During the course, SibMed experts will tell you what the Egyptian pyramids, blood pressure and the human kidney have in common. In addition, students will learn the names of surgical instruments and gain knowledge on administering first aid for bleeding.

The MedClass project is a free online platform for school students interested in medicine and areas related to healthcare. Here, students can take courses developed by SibMed leading teachers from anywhere in the country. There are five tracks to choose from: "Doctor", "Laboratory", "IT technologies", "Medicines" and "Leadership".
