SibMed career guidance event "MedClass-2023" started today

Participants of the free educational project "MedClass" from the Tomsk and Kemerovo Regions, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Altai Republic, Buryatia and Kazakhstan visited SibMed. In four days, the students will get acquainted with the University, teachers, doctors, scientists and students.

The participants will be able to learn more about specialties at SibMed. For a while, they will become researchers, laboratory technicians, doctors and managers in the field of healthcare.

In four days, the students will visit SibMed museums and the Simulation Center, learn how to provide first aid to an unconscious person, when and why medications do not work, how to determine blood type, resolve conflicts and create 3D models.

There are five tracks — "Doctor", "Medicines", "Laboratory", "Leadership" and "IT medicine". A separate program has been developed for each track.

The educational project "MedClass" was created as part of the development program "Priority 2030". The MedClass educational platform allows future applicants to study for free both on their own and together with classmates. The project was designed for schoolchildren interested in medicine and areas related to healthcare.
