SibMed launches two new programs
07.08.2024
As part of the Priority 2030 program, admission to the SibMed residency in Clinical Pharmacology and Medical Microbiology has started. This year, applicants have a unique opportunity — a 70% discount on these programs.
The introduction of new clinical residency programs such as "Medical Microbiology" and "Clinical Pharmacology" is a significant step forward. These programs will not only deepen the knowledge of future doctors, but also contribute to scientific research and innovation in clinical medicine. We are confident that such programs will foster the development of medical institutions as well as the entire healthcare system.

Medical microbiology plays a key role in the development of innovative approaches to the treatment of infectious diseases, contributing to advances in medicine and technology. Thanks to breakthroughs in this field, new medicines, vaccines and diagnostic methods are being created, which opens up new horizons for medical practice.
The Medical Microbiology program is designed for graduates of such specialties as General Medicine, Pediatrics, Medical Biochemistry and Preventive Medicine. It is aimed at training specialists who will develop new methods of treatment for infectious diseases and engage in the introduction of modern laboratory tests. Graduates of the program will be able to work as microbiologists and hold leadership positions in medical organizations.
In 2024, SibMed is also launching the Clinical Pharmacology program. The program is suitable for graduates of General Medicine and Pediatrics Departments. SibMed residents will study clinical pharmacology in pediatrics and neonatology, which will enable them to provide medical assistance to children, including newborns, and adults. Clinical residents will also study such disciplines as internal medicine, paying special attention to differential diagnosis, infectious diseases and clinical laboratory diagnostics.
