SibMed will co-organize the conference "Modern strategies for treatment and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases"

The scientific and practical conference "Modern strategies for treatment and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases" will be held on March 23. The event is organized by SibMed and the Department of Health for the Tomsk Region, Russian Association of Endocrinologists and Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention. 

Chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of death worldwide. This group includes cardiovascular and oncological diseases, chronic respiratory diseases and diabetes mellitus. SibMed experts have carried out a large number of studies related to the prevention of chronic NCDs. At the conference, scientists will exchange experiences and discuss new diagnostic technologies, strategies for treatment and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases.  

The event will be held both online and offline. As part of the conference, a competition for young scientists will be held on March 22.
